I acknowledge that participation in inflatable rentals involves inherent risks including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and other losses.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of rental equipment and agree to release Sugar Party Co. from any and all liability.

I understand that I am responsible for supervising all participants and ensuring safe use of the equipment according to provided guidelines.

This waiver shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
